We ask members, or parents of members under the age of 18, for permission to contact them by email in matters relating to Club business on the annual Club membership form.
We also request permission to use photographs on the annual membership form. These could be used on any printed or electronic media examples include; newsletters, newspaper articles, notice boards, websites.

We use this anonymous information solely for statistical purposes in order to help us make our site more useful and relevant to visitors. We do not collect any personally identiﬁable information e.g. Names, Email Addresses, Postal Addresses. Personally provided information. Visitors to the website do not have to give us personal information to visit our site, however, all communications addressed to Consett Amateur Swimming Club or its officers/committee members may be stored for reference purposes.
