CONSETT AMATEUR SWIMMING CLUB

FUNDRAISING

Consett Amateur Swimming Club is 100% run by volunteers, these are coaches, teachers, committee members and helpers both on and off poolside. These wonderful people give up their time free of charge to enable Consett Amateur Swimming Club to exist, and without them we would not be where we are now.

As with any organisation the Club has overheads, and we also like to be able to give a little something back to our members, for example selection boxes at Christmas and organising  part funded visits to Flamingo Land.

To enable us to raise some funds, and with £0 cost to anyone, the Club has created an Easyfundraising account.

Events 2023

Tesco Bag Pack

20th May 2023

A huge thank you to all our wonderful swimmers and adults who went to the bag pack at Tesco, we managed to raise a massive £444.70.

Connor King Foundation

21st April 2023

The Club organised a charity event for the Connor King Foundation swimming 101 x 100m to raise funds in memory of Connor, a former member of both Consett and Derwentside ASC.

Our amazing swimmers swam 10,100 meters in one session.
